Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are shipped within 5-10 business days. Custom orders or larger statement pieces may take up to 4 weeks depending on artisan availability and your location.

Currently, Chalk Interiors ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

To maintain the finish, we recommend dusting with a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners; instead, use a slightly damp cloth for spills and re-apply furniture wax once a year to preserve the matte aesthetic.
